The owner of this particular 1961 Ford Thunderbird looked us up and saw we did good work. So naturally he brought us his 'Bird. This '61 is a nice car overall but like most other cars, it needs hours of work put into it. The owner decided he wants a nice reliable drive when he is done that is close to stock. The stock 390 was given a compression check and multiple cylinders were found to be low on compression. The 390 and joined automatic were removed and disassembled for complete rebuilds.  The entire suspension will also receive a complete rebuild and the convertible top will also be made to function properly.
