1967 Dodge Charger

So here is another sick individual who has that rare and strange disease: Ibuytoomanycars-itice. This owner also owns the black 1964 Dodge Polara that ICON has done work on previously. The owner had an issue with the extremely complex Headlight motor system. Those of you out there who have not played with a 1967 Charger headlight system... you're lucky!. The car came in and the owner asked "Hey Alex, can you get these things to work?" Alex replied with a sarcastic "Well, it has wires... so I'm certified to work on it." All sarcasm aside, Alex went through the entire system and had to remove, disassemble, repair, and reinstall both headlight motors as well as rebuild two of the non rebuildable headlight door limiting switches. The relay packs were also a constant issue so they were summarily replaced with conventional Bosch style relays. In the end, the Headlight doors now work flawlessly. While the Charger was at ICON, we replaced the fuel tank grommet due to a severe leak.
