Probably one of the most sinister looking bodies of all time was the 1969 Mustang Fastback. This particular 1969 Fastback came to ICON for a rather cool addition. The engine was first removed and partially disassembled. The engine was then cleaned up and given a fresh coat of Ford engine Blue. The motor mounts were replaced while the engine was out as was the fuel filter and starter. The cool part comes in when the owner dropped a Ford toploader at our feet and said "put this in". The car was converted from an automatic to a 4-speed manual. This necessitated a new slip-yoke on the driveshaft, so the driveshaft was treated to that as well as new universal joints.
