Mike Schultz
Mike Schultz was born in
Beginning the habit of working at a young age, Mike had what was a "typical" work experience. He help many jobs in his youth that included caddying at a local country club, mowing lawns, shoveling snow, and pumping gas. This brought Mike to the age of sixteen, the age in which Mike was picked to be on a Dodge brochure for the 1976 medium duty truck line. Shortly after this Mike got his driver's license as well as his first car, a 1966 Dodge Coronet with a 273ci small block and drum brakes. After driving for a short time, he wanted learn more about cars and repairing them. He went to the local service stations and was hired to do snow tire swaps and later went to fluid checks and general service.
Mike's studying in school led to a career in electronics. He began working in the computer field for large companies doing field repairs and even worked at TRW on the ground support crew for the Hubble Space Telescope project. Continuing to work in the communications field, Mike formed his own company dealing with networking and technical support. Around this time the .com bubble was beginning to burst, so Mike went looking for a new endeavor in which to have fun and make a little money. After attending a SEMA show in

Alex Campadonia
Alex was born in
Alex, like Mike began working at a very young age, beginning with laborious jobs including digging trenches and running conduit in the summers. Alex first began his automotive interest at the age of thirteen when his older brother got his first car, a 1972 Chevrolet Nova. Alex assisted in rebuilding the 350 small block and was hooked from then on. When it came time to get his first car, Alex talked his parents into letting him get the car he really wanted, a 1968 Dodge Charger. Three days after he purchased the car he met Mike Schultz for the first time. Mike eyed the white 1968 Charger and said "I have the negative of that". (Mike at the time owned a black 1968 Charger) From there Alex was sucked into the car show scene. Being young did have its challenges however. Alex responded by reading every piece he could to gain the knowledge he deemed necessary.
While a sophomore in High School, Alex took a job at a local restoration and custom shop, John's Customz and Performance; where his many tasks including engine building, engine swaps, suspension work, and painting. This job lasted almost two years when Alex decided a change of venue was necessary. He then went to do side work for a then friend at a small shop in
While at ICON Engineering, Alex continues to take care of many tasks, including office work, vehicle restoration, and most importantly undergoing undergraduate studies.
